Our Team

We are proud of each and everyone of the All Day Long Childcare & Education team. Find out more about our core team members working in our state of the art Armstrong Creek Childcare Centre below.

Hi, My name is Sian and I am the owner of All Day Long.  I am a mum of four and have been working in early childhood for the past 20 plus years. I enjoy continuing my studies obtaining my BSc Hons and MA in Teaching Early years as well as being a qualified Forest School Leader.

I am passionate about the care and education which every child receives and love the natural, organic and curiosity approach which we embed within our pedagogy. We believe that children can guide their own learning journeys which are supported and embed real life skills, rights and underlining this with Indigenous culture.

I love spending time with my own children heading out on adventures and sharing the wonders which they see in the world. This may entail walks on the beach where we have to search and hide from pirates, dragons and other exciting happening.  The rest of the time I enjoy being a homebody, where I cook up a storm before chilling out with a few movies.

Hello, I am Cynthia and I am the Chef at All Day Long. I have been working in the food industry for over 25 years and am just as passionate about preparing fresh meals now as I was when I started.

I love spending time teaching children about nutritious food, participating and guiding the cooking programs within the Centre. I feel children should have the right to explore and try a variety of foods, whether this be within the cuisine being offered or the single items being tasted, to support their growing palate and understanding of food and healthy lifestyles.

In my free time I love spending time with my family. We enjoy going going bush walk adventures to connect with nature. We also love family adventure on the scooters – Yes I enjoy scooting as well, having a go – you should check out some of my moves.

Hi everyone, my name is Shannie and I am the current teacher in Ngurr-Ngurr. I love this age group and seeing how much they learn, grow and share their knowledge and skills with each other.

I have been working within kindergarten programs for the past 7 years. I am currently studying my bachelor of Education and am very excited to implement all the new theoretical knowledge which I am learning to support my ongoing growth as a teacher.

I love being outdoors and participating in the bush adventures program! Educating children about natural environments, animals and habitats is a big passion of mine and believe it is an essential part of educating children, which we couple with sustainability, caring for the land and learning these life skills as they move forward.

Hi, my name is Chloe and I’m an educator in the Perridak room. I really enjoy spending time with this age group and supporting those magical milestones such as children learning to walk.

I am just starting my career in the childcare sector, with this being my first role. I am very passionate about educating and caring for young children and ensuring that they receive high quality and open-ended educational opportunities. I am currently studying my Diploma in early childhood.

I enjoy being creative and supporting the children to explore and implement their own creativity within the room. Ensuring that children can explore through the creative arts and sensory exploration is something I believe should be on offer for all children daily. The sensory exploration and connecting to nature is something which I love to provide for children.

Hi, My name is Kacey and I am an educator in the Ngurr-ngurr room. I absolutely love working with 3 to 6-year-old's, supporting their growing independence and learning of the world.

I am love ensuring that children have access to home corner role playing opportunities. Through these areas children are able to connect and transfer information from other contexts in their life and scaffold their own learning with support from us. I love to see children use these opportunities to guide the direction of their own learning journeys.

I like to go on nature walks, where I get to explore the wonders of the natural world. I am very excited to share this love of nature with the children through our bush adventure excursions, where we connect and play whilst tracking and logging the wonders of the flora and fauna which lives there.
I also love to use the expressive arts, enjoying arts and crafts with all kinds of media to have fun, explore and create with.

Hi, I am Paige and I will be working in the under 3 rooms. I look forward to meeting all the families and spending time playing and supporting all the children in the learning and time with All Day Long. I am excited to watch them develop into little people ready to take on the big world.

I’m a mum of 4 little rugrats, 2 boys and 2 girls. In addition to the children we have several animals to complete the family with there being 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 rabbits, 3 chickens, a turtle a yabbie, 4 fish and hopefully a few more to add to our crazy house soon. I love being outside, going camping and connecting to the land, family and being in nature.

I have many things which I loved to do, with my family such as caring for the animals, camping, gymnastics basketball and board games. With such a busy life I also like to take some time to read books or chill out with a movie. I am a very creative person and can also be found sewing and making things or with a tool bag doing some DIY around the house or garden.

Hi my name is Sidra and I will e working within Go-Yin. I really enjoy working with the 2 to 3-year-old age range with it being a mix between them needing a nurturing more supportive educator whilst they embark on their more independent skills and learning journey.

I have loved spending time watching them as the grow being able to be part of their learning journey.
