Family-Friendly Recipe Idea:
Sticky drumsticks (Makes 8)
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 8 drumsticks
- 1 tsp of mince garlic
- Tabasco sauce optional
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Mix the maple syrup, soya sauce garlic and oil together (and tabasco if using it) in a bowl
- Add the drumsticks and coat well
- Place on a tray lived with baking paper and roast for 40 minutes or until golden
